Why this is epic
Most feedback is encrypted — wrapped in politeness, corporate-speak, or emotional static. This decodes it into the literal behavioral signal the person is trying to send but can't say directly.
It doesn't just tell you what to fix. It tells you what the feedback is deliberately NOT saying — which is often where the real verdict lives.
It separates the person's legitimate signal from their projection, mood, and politics, so you stop over-correcting on noise and under-correcting on the real thing.

The Literal Signal (what they actually said)

The Decoded Signal (what they mean)
- The plan will not survive exec review in its current form. 'Get ahead of it before the exec review' is manager-speak for 'this cannot go in front of my boss looking like this.' She is protecting herself and you, in that order.

- Include the relationship context (boss, peer, ex, investor). The same sentence means different things across power dynamics.
- Tell the engine about recent context it wouldn't know — a fight last week, a missed deadline, a recent promotion.
- Run it twice: once with 'assume best intent' and once with 'assume political intent'. The gap between the two readings is diagnostic.
